Job Details Our organization is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and
analytical professional to join our team as the Permanent Vice
President of Finance in our Food Production industry. The
successful candidate will be an integral part of our executive
team, responsible for overseeing all financial functions of the
company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial
planning & analysis, treasury, risk management, and investor
relations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned finance
executive who is passionate about the food production industry and
is looking to make a significant impact on our organization's
financial health and growth. Qualifications 1. An MBA, CPA, or
equivalent qualification, with significant experience in a senior
financial leadership role. 2. Extensive experience in the food
production industry, with a deep understanding of the unique
financial challenges and opportunities in this sector. 3. Proven
experience overseeing all financial functions in an asset-intensive
organization, with a track record of driving financial health and
growth. 4. Demonstrated experience in long-term financial planning,
capital strategy, M&A, cash and risk management, and P&L
management. 5. A track record of leading and developing
high-performing finance teams, with a focus on both accounting and
FP&A. 6. Investment experience, with a proven ability to manage
portfolios and drive ROI. 7. Knowledge of ERP systems and
processes, with the ability to leverage technology to optimize
financial operations. Responsibilities 1. Oversee all financial
operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting,
forecasting, FP&A, treasury, risk management, and investor
relations. 2. Lead long-term financial planning and capital
strategy, ensuring the company's financial systems, processes, and
investments align with our strategic goals. 3. Play a key role in
M&A activities, providing financial analysis and insight to
support strategic decision-making. 4. Lead cash and risk management
efforts, implementing strategies to optimize cash flow and mitigate
financial risk. 5. Oversee P&L management, ensuring accurate
financial reporting and providing insights to drive profitability
and growth. 6. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team with
strong capabilities in both accounting and FP&A, fostering a
culture of continuous learning and improvement. 7. Leverage your
investment experience to manage the company's portfolio and drive
ROI. 8. Utilize your ERP knowledge to optimize financial systems
and processes, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and
