Location: Onsite - 8327 W. ATLANTIC BLVD CORAL SPRINGS, FL 33071
Primary Responsibilities: - Consistently exhibits behavior and
communication skills that demonstrate commitment to superior
customer service, including quality and care and concern with every
internal and external customer - Represents the Company in a
professional manner, following all company policies and procedures
- Uses, protects, and discloses patients protected health
information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance
Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards - Accurately
and professionally handling all front desk operations including
answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling of all
appointments, balancing daily collections, addressing routine
inquiries, and forwarding non-routine requests to appropriate
personnel - Assists with the inventory and maintenance of business
office supplies and the completion of business office reports -
Works daily reports, incomplete encounters, No Show reports, and
other designated administrative reports according to office
procedures - Intake and Registration of Patients - Phone and task
support role for providers - Patient Portal Management - Performs
clerical duties as directed - Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED (or higher) - 1 years of
receptionist or customer service experience - Intermediate level of
proficiency with Microsoft applications, such as Excel
Spreadsheets, Outlook, and Word documents - Ability to type 50-60
wpm - Ability to travel up to 10% of the time locally for coverage
in other offices - Bilingual Spanish Preferred Qualifications: -
Experienced with EMR system: eCW The salary range for this role is
$16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is
based on several factors including but not limited to local labor
markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
