OVERVIEW
The Vice President of Product Operations is a senior executive
responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the
company's software products. This role ensures operational
sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with broader
business objectives. The leader manages cross-functional teams,
optimizes internal processes, and drives strategic initiatives to
enhance operational efficiency and product effectiveness. This
position plays a key role in translating strategic vision into
actionable plans, fostering collaboration across departments, and
ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality software
solutions.
The Vice President, Product Operations - Juno Health will:
Lead Product Strategy & Execution: Provide strategic leadership and
oversight of day-to-day product operations, ensuring the delivery
of high-quality, scalable software solutions that align with
business objectives. Build and sustain organizational strength by
developing future leaders, fostering a high-performance,
value-driven culture, and mentoring top talent to support long-term
growth and continuity.
Demonstrate Technical Acumen: Leverage deep technical expertise and
a proven track record of managing the full software development
lifecycle. Deliver both strategic vision and operational rigor
within structured, process-driven, and scalable environments.
Manage the full product lifecycle, including ongoing enhancements,
cost optimization, quality improvements, and strategic end-of-life
planning for existing products.
Drive Operational Excellence: Design and implement robust
operational frameworks, systems, and governance structures that
streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve
cross-functional alignment across the organization.
Ensure Regulatory & Contractual Compliance: Provide executive-level
oversight of all compliance requirements, including HIPAA, SOC2,
and ONC standards, ensuring operational activities adhere to
regulatory and contractual obligations.
Mitigate Risk & Safeguard Continuity: Proactively identify and
address operational and strategic risks to ensure business
continuity, product reliability, and data security across all
product lines and platforms.
Champion Innovation & Modernization: Lead the continuous
development of Juno Health's product capabilities by adopting
emerging technologies, developing best practices, and frameworks
that drive innovation, elevate user experience, and reinforce
market leadership. Continuously track Juno Health's performance
metrics, customer feedback, and market response to drive iterative
improvements and shape future product strategies.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align and empower
cross-functional teams-Product Line Management, Information
Technology, Quality Assurance, Customer Support, and
Implementation-to ensure seamless execution, strong accountability,
and unified progress toward strategic goals.
Drive Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain trusted
relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance
satisfaction, improve retention, and deliver measurable value
across the product lifecycle.
Serve as Executive Representative: Act as a visible, client-facing
leader for Juno Health at industry conferences and strategic
engagements, while collaborating closely with DSS, Inc. executives
and shareholders to ensure alignment and drive sustainable
growth.
Lead and mentor a high-performing product management team:
Fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration,
and excellence in alignment with Juno Health's core values.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Individuals working for DSS will be subject to security and privacy
requirements as explained in SOC-2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST
800-53. Additionally, they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP
training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and
responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties.
Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the
high-risk category will be required to undergo advanced training
based on their role and level of access. Individuals with access to
modify data and the configuration baseline will require further
training.
10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations,
specifically within an EHR software development company.
5+ years in an executive leadership role with oversight of product
or operational strategy.
Software Expertise: Extensive experience in software development
life cycle (SDLC) delivering and managing software platforms in
high-growth environments.
Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a large
multidisciplinary team.
Strong financial acumen, operational insight, and strategic
thinking capabilities.
Executive level communication and stakeholder engagement
skills.
Experience with regulatory frameworks and standards such as HIPAA,
SOC2, ONC, CMMI Level 3, and ISO 9001.
EDUCATION:
MS Degree in a relevant field of study like Business Administration
or Healthcare Operations.
Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of directly applicable
experience.
Years of experience in a similar role:
5+ years Executive Level extensive experience in healthcare
operations in an EHR software development company
10+ years extensive experience in healthcare operations in an EHR
software development company
COMPENSATION:
Salary at Juno Health, a division of DSS, Inc., is determined by
various factors, including but not limited to location, the
individual's particular combination of education, knowledge,
skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific
affordability and organizational requirements. The projected
compensation range for this position is $200,000.00 TO $275,000.00
(annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical
salary range for this position and is just one component of Juno
Health. total compensation package for employees.
