ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Weston, Florida. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM shifts with liver call responsibilities • Participate in other surgical cases when no liver/transplant cases are available • Guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12 shifts or 40 hours for 8/10 shifts • On-call required: 1 shift per week and 2 twelve-hour weekend shifts per month • Must have strong liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplant experience with actual organ transplantation, not just harvesting • Must be proficient in MISONIX/CUSA equipment • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start) • Minimum 2 years of direct liver/transplant OR RN experience required • Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs • Must participate in teaching activities with students and new staff • Work with adult and geriatric patient populations • 40-hour orientation period required • Must complete time-sensitive modules averaging 6-15 hours pre-start • EKG and pharmacy test required during orientation with maximum 2 attempts • Must be nicotine-free with negative 10-panel plus nicotine drug screen • Scrub color: Ceil Blue • Charting system: EPIC • All time off requests must be submitted at time of application Facility: This 230-bed short-term acute care teaching facility specializes in complex surgical procedures including organ transplantation.
