The mission of this role is to: Support the clinical team in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Ensure treatment areas are prepared, clean, and stocked to maintain efficiency and safety. Assist with patient exercises and movement under direct supervision, in alignment with PT Now's Core Values . Scope of Work Patient Support Escort patients to treatment areas and assist with setup. Supervise and guide patients through exercises as directed by PT or PTA. Provide encouragement and ensure patient safety during activities. Clinic Maintenance Clean and sanitize equipment and treatment tables after each use. Restock linens, supplies, and treatment tools daily. Maintain organized treatment and storage areas. Operational Assistance Assist with scheduling follow-ups when needed. Retrieve and return equipment during sessions. Support front desk and administrative tasks as directed. Compliance & Safety Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
