BCforward is currently seeking a highly Operations Specialist opportunity in Miami, FL! Position Title: Operations Specialist (Bilingual) Location: Miami, FL Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to the change. Expected Duration: 12 months Job Type: FULL TIME, CONTRACT, HYBRID Pay Range: $21.02/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due the factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Working hours: Work location is Miami, FL (Brickell) Candidate hours will be Mexico Business Hours and honoring US Holidays. - Training period 120 days- 100% onsite- hours for training will be discussed during interview process but likely 9am-5pm M-F or possibility of aligning with Mexico hours based on who will be training. - After training will transition to Hybrid role- 3 days on-site, 2 remote, -10:30AM to 7:30PM Monday - Friday, Second Shift Requirements: *Spanish and English required, Portuguese a plus. * 1-2 years Banking/Financial industry experience. 1 years of experience working with customers. Requests consist of treasury, cash management, card and/or depository products. May work with internal business partners to provide resolution to client inquiries, issues, and/or technical support. First point of contact for inquiries received in Latam (Mexico) Client Servicing department from high revenue clients via email or phone channel.
