serve. Overview The Sales Account Executive is responsible for
answering sales calls, emails and providing customer quotes at the
best market value. This position is responsible for maintaining up
to date and current product costs to aid in providing accurate
quotes to customers and potential customers. Those in this position
are required to follow up and maintain knowledge of paperwork,
trace, and certifications of parts. Specific Accountabilities
Correspond with customers via email, phone, ILS, Aeroxchange, and
PartsBase for requests for price, availability, and lead time for
the sale of parts and repairs Enter vendor quotes into the system
to ensure an accurate FMV Utilize company business system (Quantum
Control) and portal data to identify and document customer needs
and maintain continuous communication regarding open part orders,
SPECS, and part availability Gather information regarding airline
fleets and possible changes to the fleets Work closely with outside
sale rep to support assigned customer accounts Communicate new
product and service opportunities, special developments,
information, or feedback gathered through field activity to
appropriate company personnel Present and sell company products and
services to current and potential clients, including spare packages
Identify and contact sales prospects, and other accounts as
assigned Follow up on existing customers to maintain customer
satisfaction Create and manage sales orders until the order is
fulfilled Broker Parts when necessary Notify PLM when parts should
be sent out for repair Push parts packages to customers Follow up
on Repair Orders so parts are delivered when promised Assist
accounting with collection of outstanding invoices Qualifications
High school or GED equivalent required; college degree preferred
Strong Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office Detail oriented
and strong organizational skills Self-motivated and ability to work
independently Strong written and communication skills General
understanding of the aviation industry What Sets You Apart Deep
understanding of the Regional Aircraft industry (3 plus years)
Expertise with Quantum and modules Hunter sales mentality, able to
articulate how you create opportunity This is an On-Site Role This
